Busy Month

May has always been the busiest month simply because : -

1) This is the last month of our financial year
2) This is the month where past 1 year performance is being tracked, evaluated & reviewed
3) This is the month where many meetings will happen
4) This is the month where we talk about strategies, plans, progressions, new targets, new budgets, etc
5) This is the month where we determine who performs and who doesn't
6) This is the month where we celebrate achievements, acknowledge recognitions, and reward people
7) This is the month where we anticipate what is going to happen for the next 1 year
8) This is the month where we analyse what went wrong and what went right
9) This is the month where we become analytical and always criticising
10) This is the month where both bosses celebrate their birthdays
